In one sentence

Build Power Mercy Lifeway is a Christ-centered, holistic way of living designed to transform your whole being: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Build Power Mercy (BPM) was born from a single, powerful passage in the New Testament of the New Living Translation, Jude 1:20–22.

"But you, dear friends, must build each other up in your most holy faith, pray in the power of the Holy Spirit, and await the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will bring you eternal life. In this way, you will keep yourselves safe in God's love. And you must show mercy to those whose faith is wavering."Jude 1:20–22 (NLT)

In this scripture, believers are urged to build up their lives, pray in the power of the Holy Spirit, live in God's mercy, and show compassion to those who are struggling. The foundation. The blueprint. The heartbeat of the entire lifeway.

BUILD

Build each other up in your most holy faith. The body and the habits that carry you.

POWER

Pray in the power of the Holy Spirit. The mind and the emotions, steadied and renewed.

MERCY

Await the mercy of our Lord, and show it to others. The spirit, anchored in grace instead of guilt.

Build Power Mercy Lifeway is…

a scripture-inspired holistic Christian wellness program designed to restore the body, renew the mind, and revive the spirit through grace-based biblical principles and a research-supported, deeply human approach to healing and growth.

If you've tried programs that only address fitness, or mindset, or focus only on spiritual life, then you already know: lasting transformation requires all three.

BPM is the first program to integrate physical wellness, emotional renewal, and spiritual formation into one seamless lifeway. The focus isn't just to improve one part of your life, but for you to rebuild your whole lifeway from the inside out. And because it is fully virtual, it's accessible, sustainable, and designed for real people with real lives.

Why the BPM Lifeway works

Most programs focus on one dimension of wellness. You work on the physical, but not the mental or emotional. You target the mental, but the spiritual and the physical get neglected. BPM Lifeway is different because it recognizes:

Your body affects your emotions.
Your emotions affect your spirit.
Your spirit affects your choices.
Your choices shape your life.

BPM is designed as a lifeway, not a quick fix. Each pathway builds with and on one another, creating lasting change rather than temporary results. Together, they create a holistically healthy person: strong in body, grounded in mind, and aligned in spirit.

The three pathways

Everything in BPM rests on three pathways. They are the foundation of the Lifeway: each one stands on its own, and together they rebuild the whole person.

Physical Wellness
the body you live in
Emotional Renewal
the mind and heart
Spiritual Formation
your life with God

Words you'll see here

Lifeway
A whole-person way of living, not a program you finish. BPM uses the word on purpose: the goal is a life rebuilt from the inside out, sustained with grace.
Pathway
One of the three areas of transformation (Physical, Emotional Renewal, Spiritual Formation). A pathway is a series of courses taken in order; you can take one course at a time or the whole pathway as a bundle.
Course
A unit of lessons: six weeks for Emotional Renewal, eight weeks for Spiritual Formation, four weeks for Physical Wellness (three Physical courses make the twelve-week pathway and three Spiritual courses make the twenty-four-week pathway, best taken back to back). Lessons open one week at a time.
Week 1 Starter
The actual first week of a course on its own, so you can try the real thing before committing: $49.99 for any pathway (Physical Wellness, Emotional Renewal, or Spiritual Formation). It is paid, and it is different from the free guide.
Free 7-day guide
A free, printable guide with seven short daily practices for one pathway. It gives you a feel for the approach; it does not include the course lessons. See the difference.
Wellness Check
A free two-minute self-check (ten honest questions about body, mind, and spirit) that suggests one first step. No sign-up, no score, nothing to get right.
Founding Member
Pre-sale pricing while BPM launches: a course at about half price (or a whole pathway at founding pricing), plus a BPM Founding Member T-shirt, your name on the Founding Wall, early access to new courses, and 20% off any course for 12 months. Founding pricing ends January 31, 2027.
Facilitator
A certified BPM guide trained to lead a pathway with a group in their own church or community. Facilitators are paid per teaching week; see Become a Facilitator.
Learner hub
Your personal dashboard after you sign in: your courses, progress, and the community.

Questions people ask

How much does it cost?

The Week 1 Starters are $49.99 for every pathway. A single six-week Emotional Renewal course is $599.99, a single eight-week Spiritual Formation course is $799.99, and a single four-week Physical Wellness course is $399.99. The full Physical Wellness Pathway (3 courses, 12 weeks) is $999.99, the Emotional Renewal Pathway (3 courses) is $1,499.99, and the Spiritual Formation Pathway (3 courses, 24 weeks) is $1,999.99. Founding Member pricing is lower while the pre-sale runs through January 31, 2027. The free guides, practices, and Wellness Check are free.

How does the payment plan work?

Every course and pathway can be paid in full or in monthly payments. The monthly plan spreads the cost over the length of the program (for example, the Physical pathway is $999.99 in full or 4 payments of $274.99; a six-week course is $599.99 in full or 3 payments of $219.99; an eight-week Spiritual course is $799.99 in full or 4 payments of $219.99; a four-week Physical course is $399.99 in full or 2 payments of $219.99). Paying monthly totals about 10% more than the full price, which covers the cost of spreading payments out. Access and content are identical either way, so choose whichever fits your budget. If life happens, payments can be paused for up to 60 days.

Do I have to do all three pathways?

No. Each pathway stands on its own and you can start with whichever one speaks to where you are. They are designed to build on each other, so a second pathway is a natural next step when you're ready.

What if I fall behind?

Lessons open one week at a time, but they don't close behind you. Your access lasts for as long as the course is offered, and at least 24 months, and your progress is saved, so a hard week doesn't cost you the course.

Is this only for Christians?

BPM is unapologetically Christ-centered and built on Scripture. It welcomes anyone seeking spiritual grounding, meaning, and connection; you do not need to have everything figured out to begin.

Is this a replacement for medical or mental-health care?

No. BPM is wellness education, not medical treatment or therapy. If you are under a doctor's or counselor's care, keep that relationship; BPM works alongside it, not instead of it.

Who is behind BPM?

Tiffany N. Huguley, founder and CEO, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a background in teaching, research, and federal project management. Read her story, in her own words, and hear from the people walking BPM with her in Voices.
