Three ways to partner

Individuals earn commission as Affiliates or Sales Representatives. Organizations partner with us as a business.

  • Affiliate

For friends, creators and ministry voices with an audience of their own. Share BPM in your own words with your own link. We ask for honest posts and a clear note that you earn a commission.

  • Sales Representative

For people who want to build a sales practice with churches, ministries and personal outreach. You get onboarding, a weekly team huddle and support from BPM leadership.

  • What we look for

A heart for people, honest and clear communication, and about an hour for onboarding. Partners are independent contractors, not employees, and there is no guarantee of income.

  • Organization or B2B Partner

For churches, ministries, retreat hosts, workplaces and wellness businesses. Host a BPM session, bring a pathway to your group, or explore a referral or co-hosted event. Not a commission role: this is a business-to-business relationship, set up with a written agreement. Email us with a short note about your organization.

How it works

Five simple steps from interested to sharing.

  • 1. Apply online. It takes about five minutes, and we reply by email.

  • 2. Have a short conversation with us so we can find the right fit.

  • 3. Sign your agreement electronically. You work as an independent contractor.

  • 4. Finish a short onboarding (about an hour, one quiz) and add your payment details securely in Gusto.

  • 5. Receive your personal link and start sharing, with your leads logged so you are credited.

FAQ

  • Do I need sales or wellness experience?

No. We walk you through onboarding. What matters most is honesty, care for people, and following our standards.

  • How and when am I paid?

Partners earn a commission on sales credited to them. It is paid after the 14-day refund window has passed, and payment details are covered in onboarding.

  • Is there a sales requirement?

For Affiliates, no. There is no required number of sales, and BPM may share a desired or encouraged level that is never a requirement. Sales Representatives have a suggested pace, explained in their agreement, that BPM uses for check-ins. Neither role handles inventory or customer service.

  • Am I an employee?

No. Partners are independent contractors who set their own schedule. Income is not guaranteed, and results vary.

  • How are my referrals credited?

Each partner gets a personal link, and you can also log a lead you have spoken with. If two partners claim the same person, the first logged lead is credited, and BPM makes the final decision.

  • When can I start sharing?

After you sign your agreement and finish onboarding, your personal link is activated. Please share honestly and say clearly that you earn a commission.
